Online Giving
Start by clicking on the blue & white "Give" button above or by entering http://www.easytithe.com/sefc into your web browser. You have the option to either make a "Quick Give" one-time offering (which does not require a sign up/login) or to establish a giving account with SEFC. A regular giving account still allows you to make occasional "Give Now" one-time offerings to SEFC as well as establish a "Scheduled Giving" plan where automatic recurring donations are made. In all cases, you have the choice of either giving via credit/debit/check card (by entering your card information) or via eCheck/ACH (directly from your bank by entering your check information). Mobile App Giving
As an alternative to giving online, you may conduct the same actions on your mobile device and give via mobile app by downloading the EasyTithe app and generally follow the same process outlined above and below. Click here for specific details.
Establishing a Giving Account:
STEP 1 - SIGN UP / SIGN IN
Enter your Personal Information. (First time only. Other times you will simply sign in.) All of this information will be secure and will not be used for any other purposes.
STEP 2 - SCHEDULED GIVING AMOUNT & FREQUENCY
Determine your Gift and Schedule. You will determine the frequency, timing, and amount of your tithes and offerings. The gift or amount can be changed, adjusted, or canceled at any time. You can set up recurring giving that allows a set amount to be donated on the schedule of your choice.
STEP 3 - METHOD OF PAYMENT
Select your Method of Payment. Select the option for credit/debit/check card or for eCheck/ACH, and enter your information.

Q: WHO SHOULD GIVE ONLINE?
A: Online giving will benefit anyone who is looking for a simpler way to assure that their giving is consistent. This is simply an opportunity to meet the needs of those who prefer to manage their giving online versus writing a check. It may be used to give to the ministry of SEFC on either a one-time or a recurring basis.
Q: HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT OF MY ONLINE GIFT? WHAT IF I AM NOT A MEMBER OF SEFC BUT WANT TO MAKE A DONATION?
A: You will receive an email confirmation, which is acceptable as a valid receipt for tax purposes.
Q: WILL MY ONLINE GIFTS BE INCLUDED ON MY STATEMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS?
A: Yes, they will be included.
Q: CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ONLINE GIVING SETUP?
A: Yes, you can manage your online giving schedule 24/7 by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. You can also view your giving history.
Q: IS ONLINE GIVING SAFE?
A: Security is a top priority. That's why we've taken every step possible to make sure your data is secure and always available. Our online provider, easyTithe, utilizes 128-bit SSL security during the transmission of all sensitive information.
Q: IS THERE A COST TO USE THIS SERVICE?
A: Yes. The church pays about 2.6% transaction fee for each credit/debit transaction and a 0.75% fee for each E-Check. If you are planning to use automatic withdraw through EasyTithe we would prefer you to use the E-Check function since it is less of a fee
Q: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE GIVING?
A: You can prioritize giving in your budget. Online giving may make it easier for those individuals that are familiar with online banking and bill paying to continue this mode of financial management when considering how best to donate to the church. It also offers an opportunity for you to schedule your online giving automatically and thus helps you eliminate missed tithes and gifts if you are traveling or have difficulty being consistent with your giving. We encourage you to use the method that is most comfortable for you.
